乾燒南瓜

材料:
南瓜600克
醬油2瓷勺
醋1調料勺
步驟:
1,南瓜切塊備用。
2,醬油1瓷勺,醋1調料勺,混合調成燒汁。
3,油鍋加熱,南瓜倒進來小火煎至表面微焦。
4,倒入開始調好的燒汁,開中大火,拌炒到收汁。
