準備材料:
馬鈴薯300g,紅蘿蔔100g,芫荽1棵,香菇海帶芽少量
鹽1小匙,胡椒粉適量,麵粉4湯匙
剁椒調料:
老薑末1湯匙,紅辣椒末1湯匙,芫荽末1湯匙,生抽1湯匙
黃糖1/3湯匙,清水適量,馬鈴薯粉水2湯匙
做法步驟:
1,馬鈴薯紅蘿蔔去皮洗淨刨絲,香菇海帶芽切末煮熟,香菜切粒
2將所有以上食材混合,調入鹽胡椒粉,抓拌均勻後,放入麵粉,繼續抓拌均勻,靜置一會兒融合入味
3然後餡餡成成乒乓球大小的丸子,碟子抹1湯匙油,大火蒸5分鐘,待馬鈴薯丸冷卻,刷上一層油,這樣可以避免再次,油炸的時候粘鍋
4鍋內的油大約7成熱,加入丸子,待丸子成型了,調小火,慢慢炸至金黃時撈出,瀝油跡擺盤備用
5鍋內留底油,加入生薑末紅辣椒末炒香,倒入放入開水,點些許生抽黃糖,最後點入適量馬鈴薯水粉勾芡
趁熱澆在丸子上撒上芫荽末
