薑絲枸杞金瓜

薑絲枸杞金瓜
【材料】
南瓜150公克
枸杞5公克
姜10公克
【調味料】
鹽1小匙
香菇粉1/2小匙
水50cc
【做法】
1.南瓜切去籽切大塊;姜切絲備用。
2.將作法1的南瓜放入盤中,加入薑絲及所有調味料。
3.放入蒸鍋中,以大火蒸約7分鐘即可。
