材料:
烏冬面1包,杏鮑菇1條,日本咖哩塊1小塊,紅蘿蔔1條,馬鈴薯1粒
步驟:
1.烏冬面加入熱水中煮一下,撈起備用。
2.杏鮑菇1條切成2片,在表面淺淺的打花刀,兩面都打(打花刀是為了杏鮑能夠容易)
3.平底鍋中加2匙食用油,燒熱後,將杏鮑菇片排進鍋中,中小火煎到表面焦黃後,均勻的撒少量鹽,和現磨黑胡椒粉之後翻面,要 兩面都要這種焦黃的狀態,拿上來備用。
4.熱鍋下油,下胡蘿蔔和馬鈴薯,翻炒大約5分鐘。
5.加入水,用中火煮滾後,轉小火煮至馬鈴薯熟透,如太乾,可多加些水。
6.最後加入日本咖哩塊,與所有材料拌勻煮片刻就完成啦。
7.把日本咖哩淋在烏冬面的碟中,杏鮑菇放在烏冬表面就可以開動了。
