醬燜茄子

食材:

茄子、薑絲、豆瓣醬
做法:
1.茄子去蒂洗淨,兩切成斜剞花刀,薑絲切末。
2.勺內放油,燒六七成熱,下入茄子炸透,倒出瀝油。
3.勺內放少許底油燒熱,姜熗鍋,放入豆瓣醬略炒,加湯,鹽,炸好茄子
4.燒開後用小火燜爛,汁濃後用濕澱粉勾芡,加明油,裝盤即好。
